Instructions
 

  • Toast the rice: Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the rice and toast for 3-4 minutes until it turns lightly golden.
  • Add broth: Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth, bring it to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover. Simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the broth is absorbed.
